Fever Tree Self Catering is ideally situated from the William Nichol offramp, leading off the N3/N1, a major highway taking you towards Pretoria and ring road to the South of Johannesburg/Gauteng.
Norscot, the area where Fever Tree is located, is old and well established, and Turaco Street is part of a small, secure boomed area, with 24hr guarded access. Monte Casino is located less than 1km further on William Nichol Drive, and the fabulous Design Quarter, Fourways Mall, Fourways Crossing, and the hot and happening Cedar Square, where the famous Fashion TV Café is located, are all very close by. Also easily accessible are The Magaliesberg & majectic Pillanesburg, Maropeng (Cradle of Humankind), The Lion Park, Elephant Sanctuary and many other wildlife reserves.
Stadia hosting FIFA 2010 football games in Johannesburg (Loftus Versfeld, Soccor City and Ellis Park) are all within 30kms distance from Fever Tree. We pride ourselves in striving to be green & environment friendly. We recycle absolutely everything!

Fourways has become a hive of activity in the past few 30 years. Previously made up of open farmed land, and sparsely inhabited. Thankfully, all of that has changed. Now, part of the greater Sandton area, Fourways has easy access to the N1 highway, which takes you North, South, East or West of Johannesburg or onto Pretoria. Sandton City, The Indaba, Monte Casino, Michaelangelo and the Sandton Convention Centre are places of work and interest in the area. Many venues specialize in hosting large conventions/conferences throughout the year. Not to mention that Fourways boasts stunning and ultra modern malls on nearly every street corner. These malls are home to a huge array of exotic restaurants; stores suitable too suit every whim imaginable, boutique jewellery and clothing stores too. We are able to arrange a super reliable and efficient airport transfer service, using Airport Express (see link below). You can link directly with them through this site, for free quotes etc alternatively add this into your email to Fever Tree, and we will arrange the rest. This is an extra cost & for the clients to pay direct.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
IMPORTANT Terms & Conditions of Fever Tree.
All bookings are to be confirmed by fax or email. A 50% deposit within 48 hours of confirmation will secure accommodation, method preferably EFT or direct deposit. The balance is due on or prior to arrival. Master & Visa credit cards are accepted. Banking details are on the Fever Tree invoice. We regret that cheques are not accepted under any circumstances for payment.
Payments via Visa or Mastercard attract a 5% surcharge.
Payments via EFT are free.
Regret No cheque payments are accepted.
Late payments or default payments attract charges.
In the event of premature departure, the full amount of the booking remains payable. Cancellations will be subject to the following fees:
- Less than 7 days prior to arrival, forfeit the full deposit
- 7-14 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of deposit
- 14-21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of deposit
- 21-28 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of deposit
- If you cancel your booking and we are unable to rent the room, due to short notice, a fee of 10%
of the deposit will be held in lieu of administrative and handling costs.
